Article: Assessment of The Global Drug Policy Index
This paper confirms the Index provides a coherent and credible framework for assessing key dimensions of drug policy, while also highlighting areas where expert evaluations and conceptual clarity can be strengthened. The findings show that comparative evaluation at a global scale is not only possible but promising, with refinement and iteration offering a clear pathway to greater reliability, transparency and impact in future editions.
This report provides an overview of key trends,
